Virtual Personal Training
I come to you via Zoom, for training. Sessions can be used for fitness or nutrition coaching. I specialize in Vegan diets.
No gear is required since my focus is on bodyweight training. I do recommend workout clothes and gym shoes.
I offer 30 minute or 45 minute sessions, blocked in packages of 4, 8, 12, 24, or 52 sessions. When you buy more, you save more.
A typical 45 minute session goes as the following. (I recommend 30 minute sessions for most people)
2 to 3 minute warm-up with some light cardio and dynamic stretching.
30 to 40 minute full body workout with special focus on problem areas.
2 to 3 minute cool down with stretching and flexibility exercises.
